Order Processing: 

All orders are processed within (2-5 Business days) unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Processing times may vary depending on: Product availability, Order Volume, Supplier Fulfillment times, Holidays or peak seasons. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations after processing begins. 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customers location and selected shipping method. 

We currently offer: 

  • Free Standard shipping on orders over $50 USD. 
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. 
  • International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Shipping promotions, free shipping offers, and discounts may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. 

Free shipping thresholds apply to the subtotal amount before taxes and after discounts are applied. 

Shipping Times: 

Estimated shipping Times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the customer's location and carrier conditions.

Typical Delivery Estimates: 

 United States: [6-13 Business days] 

International: [10-30 Business days]

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed. 

Dropshipping Fulfillment:  

As a dropshipping business, some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners located in different regions or countries.

Because of this: Orders may arrive in separate packages, Shipping times may vary between items, Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch. 

Shipping Delays: 

XAZIUS is not responsible for delays caused by: Customs processing, Carrier disruptions, Weather conditions, High Shipping Volume, International Transit Delays, Incorrect Shipping Information provided by the customer. 

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Incorrect Addresses: 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided: 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages. 
  • Additional Shipping fees may apply for reshipment. 
  • Orders returned to sender may be subjected to reshipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, XAZIUS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact XAZIUS directly before contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim if necessary. 

International Shipping: 

International Customers are responsible for: 

  • Custom Duties 
  • Import Taxes 
  • VAT
  • Additional fees imposed by their country.

XAZIUS is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or rejected shipments. 

Tracking Information: 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow several Business days for tracking updates to appear.
