Refund policy
At XAZIUS, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below:
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind, Incorrect size selection
- Buyer's remorse
- Preference changes after purchase
- Accidental Orders
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

When emailing include:
- Full name
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- A clear picture showing (Defect/Damage, Item Received, Packaging and shipping label).
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Resolution Process:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion: Replace the item or Provide a partial or full refund while the customer is allowed to keep the defective/damaged product.
Claims are reviewed within 3-5 Business days.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the claim.
Non-Qualifying Claims:
Minor variations in color due to screen/display settings, Normal wear and tear, Improper washing or care, Damage caused after delivery, Slight measurement variations with reasonable manufacturing tolerance, Loose threads or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Returned Items Without Authorization:
Any items sent back without prior approval from XAZIUS may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Evidence provided is insufficient
- The claim violates this policy
- Excessive or abusive claims are identified.
Chargebacks:
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance at checkout.
